180-Day 4-Way Cassette AC Installation
Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Period
The installation service is backed by a 180-day warranty, starting from the completion date of the service (applies to brand-new, in-box air conditioners only).
The warranty strictly covers defects resulting from installation workmanship performed by the company's technician team.
We guarantee against water leaks or dripping around the evaporator (indoor unit) caused by installation errors within the warranty period.
The warranty applies exclusively to the customer, the specific air conditioner, and the location stated in the service receipt.
The warranty for protection against rainwater leaks at wall drilling points or refrigerant pipe roof penetrations is valid for 90 days.
In cases where original installation parts or equipment are unavailable, the company reserves the right to replace them with parts or equipment of equivalent or lower specifications and value.
Coverage is effective only within the specified timeframe from the installation date.
2. Scope of Coverage
If the air conditioner experiences issues within the warranty period, the customer must report the problem within 7 days from the date of discovery via QuickTo's official channels (LINE: @QuickTo).
The company will inspect and repair the issue free of charge if it is confirmed to be caused by installation errors.
The maximum liability is limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the installation service, or the damage value as assessed by the company, whichever is not higher.
3. How to Claim Your Warranty
Report the issue via QuickTo's official channels or customer service (LINE: @QuickTo).
Specify the problem and attach supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
Wait for our technician team to assess the cause of the damage.
If the issue falls under the warranty conditions, our team will proceed with appropriate corrections.
Important Note: Any repairs or modifications must be pre-approved by QuickTo. If the customer performs self-repairs or hires an external technician not assigned by QuickTo, the warranty will immediately become void.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Defects in the cooling system, circuit boards, or compressors caused by factory manufacturing flaws (customers must claim these warranties directly with the brand's service center).
Natural disasters (e.g., storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, landslides), power surges, accidents, or external factors beyond the service provider's control.
Abnormalities caused by building structural changes, vibrations, or building subsidence.
Damage caused by animals (e.g., rats, lizards, or insects chewing wires or entering the circuit board), plant growth, or environments unsuitable for the machine's operation.
Wear and tear, discoloration, or deterioration of parts from normal use.
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or discoloration of materials.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s/installer’s instructions.
Abnormalities caused by a lack of proper maintenance (e.g., drain pump clogged by accumulated dust due to a lack of regular AC cleaning).
Damage resulting from modifying the product for installation purposes, such as reducing the size or altering refrigerant pipes, which may void the manufacturer's warranty.
Issues caused by installation in locations that do not meet standards—such as clearances, ventilation, or space requirements specified by the manufacturer—as requested or insisted upon by the customer.
Issues caused by pre-existing damage to piping systems, in-wall drain pipes, or structural infrastructure prior to installation.
Damage caused by a third party unrelated to the company’s services.
5. Additional Charges
Parking fees may apply if the service location charges for parking.
Additional service fees may apply if the installation area is difficult to access (e.g., very narrow walkways, long distances from the parking spot, requiring a boat, or buildings without elevators requiring a climb of multiple floors).
The company reserves the right to refuse service if the work area poses safety risks.
6. Additional Terms
Claiming the warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
If an inspection reveals that the issue is unrelated to the installation, the customer will be entirely responsible for all repair costs and the technician’s travel fees.
We strongly recommend reporting any issues immediately upon discovery to prevent further damage.
