1. Promotion Period & Quota
This promotion is valid for bookings made from August 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, or until the maximum limit of 500 redemptions is reached (whichever comes first). The company will terminate the promotion immediately once the quota is fully redeemed.

2. Eligibility
This privilege is exclusively reserved for "new customers" making their first booking via the QuickTo platform. The discount can be applied to "all service categories" available for booking through the company's system, including professional cleaning and technician services (appliance/AC cleaning, installation, and repair).

3. Usage Limitations
To ensure fairness, the redemption is strictly limited to 1 redemption / 1 user account / 1 phone number.

4. Scope of Discount
The ฿50 discount is applicable solely as a deduction from the "base service fee".

5. Exclusions
For pricing transparency, this discount cannot be used to deduct the following items under any circumstances:

• Cost of spare parts, consumables, or additional installation equipment.

• Surcharges, such as fees for hard-to-reach areas, out-of-service areas, or special operational equipment (e.g., scaffolding).

• Diagnostic and inspection fees (in cases where the technician assesses the issue on-site but the customer declines the repair).
  
  

6. Discount Refund Policy

• Eligible for Refund: If the service provider (technician/cleaner) cancels the job or is unable to provide the service due to force majeure, the system will refund the discount privilege to the customer for their next booking.

• Non-Refundable: If the customer cancels the job, is uncontactable beyond the specified time limit, or if the site conditions are not ready, preventing the provider from working (e.g., selecting the wrong service package, building management denying entry), the company reserves the right not to refund the discount privilege under any circumstances.

7. General Terms (Disclaimer)

• This promotion cannot be exchanged, returned for cash, or transferred to others.

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotional campaigns at the same time.

• QuickTo reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion, including its terms and conditions, with prior notice via the company's official channels.

• In the event of any dispute, the company's decision shall be deemed final.
