30 to 180-Day AC Inspection & Repair Service Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Period
Repair work and replaced spare parts are covered by a warranty based on the type of repair, as follows:
30 Days: Repairs related to cleaning the drainage system, fixing loose electrical connections, and replacing printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components (e.g., capacitors, sensors, magnetic contactors).
90 Days: Refrigerant leak welding and refilling, replacing condenser/evaporator coils, replacing fan motors, and replacing remote controls.
180 Days: Compressor replacement (or based on the manufacturer's actual warranty period), fixing vibration noises, and replacing compressor rubber mounts.
The warranty applies exclusively to the customer, the specific air conditioner, and the location stated in the service receipt.
It strictly covers damage resulting from workmanship errors or spare parts installed by the company's technician team.
Coverage is effective only within the specified timeframe from the service date.
2. Scope of Coverage
If an issue occurs within the warranty period, the customer must report the problem within 7 days from the date of discovery.
Our team will inspect and repair the issue at no additional cost (covering both labor and parts within the warranty scope).
The maximum liability is limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the repair work, or the damage value as assessed by the company, whichever is lower.
If original spare parts are unavailable, the company reserves the right to use replacement parts of equivalent or lower specifications and value.
3. How to Claim Your Warranty
Report the issue via QuickTo's official channels or customer service (LINE: @QuickTo).
Specify the problem and attach supporting evidence (photos/videos) for assessment.
Wait for our technician team to assess the cause of the damage.
If the issue falls under the warranty conditions, our team will proceed with appropriate repairs.
Important Note: Any repairs or modifications must be pre-approved by QuickTo. If the customer performs self-repairs or hires an external technician not assigned by QuickTo, the warranty will immediately become void.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Natural disasters (e.g., storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, landslides), power surges, accidents, or external factors beyond the service provider's control.
Abnormalities caused by building structural changes, vibrations, or building subsidence.
Damage caused by animals, plant growth, or environments unsuitable for the machine's operation.
Wear and tear, discoloration, or deterioration from normal use.
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or discoloration of materials.
Damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow operating/maintenance instructions, or disregarding guidelines from the manufacturer, the technician, or QuickTo.
Abnormalities caused by a lack of proper maintenance (e.g., severe dirt clogging causing compressor failure or drain overflow).
Issues with parts or equipment not replaced by the service provider (e.g., fixing a refrigerant leak at Point A, but a new leak occurs at Point B on an old, degraded pipe).
Parts degrading due to age, even if damaged during cleaning, provided the technician warned the customer in advance.
Pre-existing conditions or deterioration of the AC prior to the service, such as rusted/corroded coils, bent coil fins, corroded/clogged drain pans or pipes, torn refrigerant pipe insulation, degraded seals/rubber pads, worn motors/bearings, degraded compressors/electrical parts, cracked covers/frames, oxidized circuit boards, or old refrigerant leaks.
Damage resulting from reducing the size or altering the length of refrigerant pipes contrary to the brand's standards (this voids the warranty).
Installation issues caused by using an old piping system that is leaking or damaged.
Repair services are limited strictly to units powered by the standard public electrical grid.
Damage caused by a third party unrelated to the company’s services.
5. Additional Charges
Parking fees or extra charges may apply if the service location is difficult to access (e.g., narrow walkways, long distances, requiring a boat, etc.).
The company reserves the right to refuse service if the site cannot be accessed safely.
6. Additional Terms
Claiming the warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period (the warranty start date is based solely on the completion date of the initial repair job).
If an inspection reveals that the cause of the problem is unrelated to the repair work or the parts replaced by the company, the customer will be entirely responsible for all repair costs and the technician’s travel fees.
We strongly recommend reporting any issues as soon as they are discovered to prevent further damage.
