30 to 90-Day Washing Machine Inspection & Repair
Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period

• 30 Days: Drain/pump blockage fixes, machine leveling, belt adjustment/tensioning, and loose wiring fixes.

• 90 Days: Mainboard replacement, motor replacement, water inlet valve, drain pump, pressure/water level sensor, and door lock switch.

• Newly replaced spare parts are warranted according to the manufacturer’s specified period or as informed by the technician during service.

• The warranty covers exclusively the original customer and the specific washing machine/model repaired during that service session.

2. Scope of Coverage

• If an issue arises from the technician's workmanship error or defective spare parts within the warranty period, we will inspect and repair it free of charge.

• The maximum liability is limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the repair service, or the damage value assessed by the company, whichever is lower.

• The warranty strictly covers issues related to the repair work or spare parts supplied and installed by us.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

• Report the issue via QuickTo's official channels or customer service (LINE: @QuickTo).

• Specify the problem and attach supporting evidence (photos/videos) for inspection.

• Wait for our technician team to assess the cause of the damage.

• If the issue falls under the warranty conditions, our team will proceed with appropriate repairs.

• Important Note: Any repairs or modifications must be pre-approved by QuickTo. If the customer performs self-repairs or hires an external technician not assigned by QuickTo, the warranty will immediately become void.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Unsuitable water quality (e.g., sediment-heavy groundwater or cloudy tap water causing repeated water inlet valve clogging).

• Natural disasters (storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, landslides), power surges, accidents, or external factors beyond the service provider's control.

• Damage caused by animals (e.g., rats/lizards chewing wires or short-circuiting the mainboard), plant growth, or environments unsuitable for machine operation (e.g., placing the washing machine in the rain without a roof, causing moisture damage to the mainboard).

• Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or material discoloration.

• Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow usage/maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer, technician, or QuickTo (such as):

  • Overloading the machine beyond its weight capacity, causing the washing shaft, bearings, or shock absorbers to fail.

  • Leaving items such as coins, safety pins, keys, or hard objects in clothing pockets, which slip into the drainage system, puncture the drum, or damage the drain pump.

• Issues occurring in parts or components that were not replaced by the service provider (e.g., repairing the inlet valve, but the motor fails the next day due to normal aging).

• Modifications, repairs, or part replacements made without authorization from the service provider, or performed by a third party other than QuickTo — this will immediately void the warranty.

• Damage caused by a third party unrelated to the company’s services.

5. Additional Charges

• Parking fees or additional charges may apply if the service location is difficult to access (e.g., very narrow walkways, long distances, requiring boat access, etc.).

• The company reserves the right to refuse service if the area cannot be accessed safely.

6. Additional Terms

• Claiming the warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period (it continues consecutively from the completion date of the initial repair job).

• If an inspection reveals that the issue is unrelated to our service or the parts we replaced, the customer will be entirely responsible for all repair and travel costs.

• We strongly recommend reporting any issues immediately upon discovery to prevent further damage.
